Terms and Conditions of the B&P warranty: The Seller warrants to the original Purchaser that the items covered by this agreement shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under the normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment. If within this period any product is proved to be defective, product shall be repaired or replaced at Seller's option. Seller's obligation is limited to such repair or replacement, and is conditioned upon Seller's receiving written notice of the alleged defects within the warranty period and no more than ten (10) days after its discovery. After written approval by the Seller, the product or defective part must be returned to the Seller FOB it's factory. The term "Original Purchaser" as used in this warranty shall mean the person or entity to whom such product was shipped by Seller or it's distributor or Seller's agent. This warranty shall not apply to products or parts repaired or altered by other than the Seller or subject negligence, accident, abuse, misuse or damage. This warranty does not apply to parts subject to wear.
Warranty covers failure of genuine B&P Manufacturing products due to defective material and/or workmanship. 2 Year Warranty - covers dock boards and plates, hand truck frames, frame components, handles, aluminum nose plates, nose plate brackets, axles, axle brackets, stair climbers, stair climber components, frame extensions, walk ramps, and any other genuine B&P Manufacturing Liberator parts. Liberator parts not covered under 2 year warranty are: tires , inner tubes, wheels (unless specifically noted otherwise), bearings, casters, lift chains, and parts other than genuine B&P Manufacturing Liberator parts. These items carry the standard 1 year warranty. 3 Year Warranty - Bulk delivery carts With respect to parts not manufactured by the Seller, the warranty obligation of the Seller shall in all respects confirm and be limited to the warranty actually extended to Seller by the supplier.
